Team access: our vision for in-house teams
Team access helps your staff run the real day-to-day work from your link in bio: share contact cards, handle appointments, capture forms, and manage enquiries — all on assigned pages.
Team access that helps the work actually happen
Your link in bio is where people decide to take action: save your details, book a slot, send an enquiry, or join your list. Team access is about making sure the people who handle that work can respond fast — without handing over billing or account-level controls.
What your team can do on assigned pages
With team access, each teammate gets their own login and works only on the pages you assign.
They can use the same workflow tools you use to run customer activity:
- Contact cards — keep phone/emailContact details current so visitors can save your business in one tap
- Appointments and bookings — manage event types, availability, and incoming appointments per page
- Forms — create and refine lead forms for quotes, callbacks, waitlists, and newsletter capture
- Enquiries (Leads) — triage submissions and follow up quickly instead of losing messages in DMs
- Builder + Design — update links, sections, and page presentation so the public page stays relevant
- Analytics + Newsletter — track what drives action and keep follow-up communication moving
Why this is useful in practice
Faster response times: the person closest to the work can act immediately.
Cleaner handoffs: marketing can set direction while ops or front-line staff handle bookings and enquiries.
Better page quality: the people hearing customer questions daily can update links, forms, and contact details directly.
Less account risk: no shared passwords, no accidental billing/domain changes by non-owners.
Owner control stays intact
Team members do not get owner-only account controls. Billing, domains, media library, and full account settings remain with the account owner.
Permissions are page-based, so you can give someone access to one location/brand page without exposing the rest of your account.
A simple in-house setup
A common setup is:
- Owner creates pages for each location, team, or offer
- Owner assigns each teammate to the pages they run
- Team updates contact cards, handles appointments, manages forms, and follows up on enquiries from those pages
That is the core value: your link in bio stops being a single-person bottleneck and becomes a shared operating surface for the team.
