Hide Linkssi Branding
Learn how to remove the Linkssi footer from your public bio page, which plans include hide branding, and how to verify the change on a live page.
By default, Free plan bio pages display subtle Linkssi branding in the footer. Paid plans from Starter upward can hide that footer so the page looks fully white-label to visitors.
This matters for agencies reselling bio pages, premium personal brands, and any customer who finds third-party badges off-brand.
How it works
Hide branding is a theme setting stored per page. When enabled, the public bio at your slug or custom domain renders without the Linkssi footer mark. The toggle lives in Dashboard → Bio theme / branding settings alongside colours and fonts.
Enforcement is server-side — visitors cannot re-enable branding from the client.
Setup steps
- Confirm Starter, Pro, or Premium in Dashboard → Billing.
- Open Dashboard → Bio and select the page.
- Open Theme or Branding settings (label may vary by UI version).
- Enable Hide Linkssi branding toggle.
- Save and verify on a private window — footer should be absent.
Free accounts see the toggle disabled with a Starter+ badge.

Relationship to other branding controls
Hide branding removes the Linkssi footer only. It does not change your slug URL on Free — you still publish at linkssi.com/yourslug until you add a custom domain on Starter+. Theme colours, fonts, and profile content are independent and available on all plans.
Sales positioning
When demoing to clients, mention hide branding alongside custom domain as the Starter upgrade story — together they present a fully owned presence without Linkssi visible to end visitors.
Verification checklist
After enabling hide branding:
- Open public URL in a private/incognito window (not logged in as owner).
- Scroll to page footer — Linkssi mark should be absent.
- Check both slug URL and custom domain if both are active.
- Confirm on mobile — footer behaviour matches desktop.
Common mistakes
Assuming Pro is required — Starter includes hide branding. Expecting hide branding to remove Linkssi from receipt emails or dashboard — it affects the public bio page only. Enabling on Free via URL hacks — server enforces plan gate.
